In liquid storage system, Center Enamel provides glass-coated bolted steel tanks . This tank is built by glass lined steel plates . By burning at over 850°C furnace, the glass coating bonds with the steel plate . The comnibation of two material- glass coating and steel - is not just physically but also chemically bonding . Seeing from microscope, you will see the coating permeates into steel . Other than painted steel tank which will peeling off after a period , glass-coated steel tank does not need to paint at jobsite . It needs minimum maintenance during the lifetime . Besides, other than welded steel tank whose installation needs skilled welders , glass-coated steel tank does not need skilled labors . It can be installed with no big equipment and unskilled labors . It is the most cost effective liquid storage tank
